Apparel, Textiles & Footwear
We measure garments against your size chart, check stitching, fabric and colour against the approved sample, and confirm labels, hangtags and packing. Typical issues we catch: out-of-tolerance measurements, shade variation between cartons and wrong care labels.
Consumer & Home Products
Beyond appearance, we run on-site function, safety and durability checks. These include power-on and hi-pot tests for electricals, assembly checks for furniture, drop tests for cartons and barcode scans for retail packaging.
Automotive & Transport Parts
For parts suppliers, our checks follow the automotive core tools. We do dimensional checks against drawings, PPAP document review, VDA 6.3 process audits and containment sorting when a defect escapes.
