Clear scope, clear findings
Before any visit we agree a checklist with you, based on your specification, the applicable standard and the sampling plan (AQL). On site, our inspector follows that checklist and records every finding with photos. After the visit you receive a report that states plainly what was checked, what was found and whether the goods conform.
We are independent of the factories we inspect. We are paid by you, and our job is to report what we see.
Every report can be checked online
Each report and certificate we issue carries a unique document number with a built-in check character. Anyone holding the document can enter the number on our verification page, including your customers, bank or freight forwarder. The page confirms whether it is genuine, still valid, expired or revoked.
This protects you and your partners from altered or forged inspection documents.
